Translate DeadLine

DeadLine includes language support for English, Brazilian Portuguese, Croatian, Dutch, French, Galician, German, Hungarian, Italian, Romanian, Serbian and Spanish. To translate the interface into your language, follow these simple steps:

• If you already have DeadLine on your computer, identify the version by selecting Help/About DeadLine from the main menu. If it's DeadLine 2.15 or later, go to the next step, otherwise download and install the latest version.
• Go to C:\Program Files\DeadLine\Lang (change this to the appropriate location).
• Copy the file english.lng to a new file mylanguage.lng.
• Open the file in Notepad, or your preferred text editor.
• Replace quoted text with the translated text. It's really easy.

• Info section should contain the language name (the English translation of the language, for example Italian) and your name.
• Open DeadLine, select the new language (File/General Options/Language) and check if the interface looks right.
• Translate this small description that will be featured on the first page of DeadLine help.
